◆SCEDC matches and connects with high-quality overseas resources based on the needs of Chinese educational institutions for cooperative education, strictly adhering to the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools" and the "Implementing Measures for the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools." SCEDC assists Chinese and foreign institutions in communicating cooperation details, overcoming cultural differences, reaching cooperation intentions, signing cooperation agreements, and aiding in the preparation and submission of application materials. During the project operation, SCEDC actively cooperates with both institutions to ensure effective communication, guaranteeing the smooth implementation of aspects such as the dispatch of high-quality foreign teachers, the realization of training programs, the enhancement of academic qualifications, and the establishment of scientific research platforms. On this basis, SCEDC regularly organizes study tours abroad for students and overseas training for teachers.
